Eligibility for gold category:
- The construction of the house should not be more than 20 years old at the time of submission of the application for registration.
- The property should have at least 25% open area such as a Long green area outside the terrace.

- Parking space for the guest inside the premises should be available.
Eligibility for Silver category:
The property that, does not fulfill the criteria prescribed in the gold category has at least one room and shall be eligible for registration for the Silver category.
Other general conditions:
- The owner of the property should have at least one let room with a maximum of 6 lakh able rooms with 12 beds.
- The registration for bed and breakfast Homestay units will be available for those cases where the owner of the house is physically residing in the same property.

How to Apply for Bed and Breakfast Scheme License
There are some simple steps that you need to follow as listed below.
- Go to the official website.
- On the home page, you need to select registration.
- Applicants who are not registered can complete the registration were providing all the details.
