As per this, a 4% interest subsidy on rs 8 lakh loan for a maximum of 12 years duration is available to recipients taking loans up to 25 lakh with a Property worth up to 35 lakh. The beneficiary will receive a maximum subsidy of Rs 100000, paid in 5-year installments through the Smart Card website or OTP beneficiaries can access their accounts.
