Yogyashree Scheme to Include Students of Minority, OBC, General Categories: Mamata Banerjee
As per the announcement made by WB government chief minister Mamta Banerjee. Bengal government on Tuesday announced the Yogyashree Scheme to include students as beneficial from minority OBC and general categories. This scheme was introduced in January to provide free of cost training to SC and ST students for engineering and medical courses. This information was provided by Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee in a post on X, this scheme has been yielding increasingly greater benefits for SC and ST students. Now we shall include boys and girls of minority OBC and general categories under this is scheme.
As per Government and Mamta Banarjee said that, Yogyashree trainers got 23 ranks (including 13 IIT seats) in JEE advanced, 75 ranks in JEE Mains, 432 rings in WBJEE and 110 ranks in NEET.
The primary objective of the Yogyashree scheme in West Bengal
Education training institute: The primary objective of this scheme is to build and establish 50 training centres in the state. These Training Centre will offer free of cost training for SC, and ST students. And primary objective of these institutes to focus on competitive examination. Additional 46 Centre will provide similar opportunities for those who expiring to secure government jobs and pursue career services.
Free of-cost training: Under this scheme, the government will offer free of cost training to the selected candidates.
